My friend Angela and I spent our pregnancies in the pool. Our due dates were a month apart.

We spent almost every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening doing water aerobics.

If it wasn't for all of that time spent in the pool I don't think I would've cared about keeping my legs shaved during pregnancy.  

As my bump finally popped, I remember how it became more and more difficult to shave. I was concerned about slipping while shaving. It was hard to reach all the way down to the bottom of my legs.

Here are some tips I wish I would've known!

How To Shave When Plus Size And Pregnant

Struggling to shave when you're pregnant is a frustration people of all sizes face. Yet, it can feel like an Olympic sport to reach all the needed places when you're also pregnant.

I hereby grant you permission to stop if it's just too much of a pain. You'd be amazed how many pregnant people allow their hair to grow out, be it their pelvic area and/or legs and underarms.

  6. I was put on bed rest at the end of my pregnancy and seriously looked like a Sasquatch when I gave birth! Nothing I could do about it in my situation but this looks like a nifty tool.

Hey there i was not always plus size but right before i got pregnant with my first i was 180+ but got down to 160 and then i got pregnant with my first little girl i sent back up to 190 and then lost almost all of it again but i am now pregnant with my 2nd and he sits very low and i can barely shave my legs anymore and i am only 29 weeks and i my weight is 176 but i feel better than i have in a long time even while chasing my 2 year old around.

  11. I have been so stressed about how I am going to be able to shave when I get huge pregnant, I don’t mind asking my husband but he is afraid he’s going to hurt me. So excited about this!

  18. God, I need one of these! Just had back surgery 3 weeks ago and have attempted to shave twice so far and it hurt so bad.
